Kristen McArdle joined the Agency in 2004 while completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland. After graduation, she spent three years in hospitality management with Holland America cruise line.

Kristen came back to the agency and has continued her profession as a personal and commercial agent. She has earned both the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations during her time here.

Kristen is also very active in the local community, having spent several years as the Chair of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and participating in multiple 150-mile Ride to Conquer Cancer cycling events, and volunteering with local charities. Kristen earned the Erie Insurance Giving Network award in 2015 and 2023 for charity work. Kristen also earned the Insurance Agents & Brokers Young Agent Award in 2023 as the top Agent under 40 in the State of Maryland.

Outside of work and volunteering, Kristen enjoys cycling, live music, and playing with her rescue dog. Kristen and her husband live in Sykesville, Maryland.
